For Land Leather, we built welcome flows for new subscribers, post-purchase education and leather care content that built brand loyalty, win-back sequences for customers who hadn't purchased in 90+ days, VIP flows for high-value customers, and urgency-driven SMS for product launches and drops. Together, these flows contributed to a 65% increase in returning customers.
