Highly rated on Google and Yelp, they've built their reputation on patient-first care and an exceptional in-office experience. The Challenge

Despite strong word-of-mouth and a loyal patient base, the practice was hitting a ceiling. Their patient pipeline skewed 45+, and they struggled to attract younger patients aged 18–45 — the demographic that builds long-term practice value.

Search Engine Marketing

We rebuilt their Google PPC campaigns from the ground up — tightening audience targeting, refining keyword match types, and eliminating wasted spend. Previously, campaigns ran broad with unfocused budgets. We restructured them around high-intent search terms and hyper-local audiences, filling appointment calendars with qualified leads instead of window shoppers.

Lookalike Audiences & Retargeting

Using the practice's existing patient email database, we built Facebook Lookalike Audiences that mirrored the profile of their ideal patients — right age, right zip code, right intent. We then layered retargeting campaigns on top, re-engaging anyone who had previously clicked an ad, visited the website, or interacted with their social content. Every touchpoint was tracked via pixel data to maximize return on ad spend.

Email Drip Campaigns & Communication

We replaced their irregular, manual email blasts with an automated drip campaign system. Now the practice stays in consistent contact with their patient base — appointment reminders, service promotions, seasonal offers, and practice updates — all delivered on schedule, without requiring manual input from the team. Patient re-engagement rates improved immediately.

Influencer Marketing & Review Generation

To connect with a younger demographic, we partnered with dental and lifestyle influencers across Instagram and TikTok, making the practice more relatable and approachable to patients who might otherwise overlook a traditional dental brand.

We also implemented a systematic review generation program, prompting satisfied patients to leave feedback on Google and Yelp at the right moment in their journey. The result: more reviews, stronger social proof, and a credibility advantage over competing practices.

Results

Once all seven solutions were live, positive results were visible almost immediately. Lead conversion rates increased, cost-per-lead dropped, and appointment volume across all three locations surged. The phones were consistently busy — a measurable shift from the pre-campaign baseline.
